Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your Display Stand purchase. Please read the following information carefully.

Change of Mind 

For standard (non-custom) display stands, we accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging is intact
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3 business days.

 

Custom-Made Display Stands

Custom-made display stands are produced to your specifications and cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind.

 

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
